We are looking for a Head of Tech that will drive our e-Health platform to the next level.
&Niped is a Health-Tech scale up. We are the leading e-health solution for preventive health checks in the Netherlands. Almost 400.000 people have already been getting insights into their health based on our solution. We work for interesting smaller and larger companies like Nike, Q-park and Siemens.
As the new Head of Tech, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and at the same time get your hands dirty because you like coding and you want to build the best e-health platform.
You will lead a diverse team of 4 ambitious software engineers and a data analyst. You currently work as a teamlead or as a senior developer who wants to make the next step to leading a team.
You will be part of the Management team and report to the CEO.
Who are we looking for?
Your key responsibilities
Define and implement the technical strategy, vision and architecture, aligning it with business objectives.
Together with your team develop the next version of the &niped platform, making informed decisions regarding SaaS solutions and transitioning to the cloud.
Lead and motivate a team of skilled software engineers, offering guidance and driving knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure alignment of technology with product roadmaps.
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
Your profile
- – You are based in the Netherlands
- – A minimum of 5-7 years work experience as a developer
- – Experience as a team lead or by being the most senior developer in a team and ready for next step
- – Experience in (Azure) Cloud solutions
- – Proficient in Cloud Native Deployment with CI/CD Pipelines into serverless containers (Kubernetes, Docker)
- – An understanding of microservice architecture
