With our e-health platform the Personal Health Check we provide insight into health and motivate employers and employees to take action. With our check &niped is market leader in the field of health checks. From a strong ambition to put prevention on the map in the Netherlands, we work with many different large and small clients.
What are you going to do?
Make an impact with &niped’s huge amount of health and lifestyle data! As an experienced Data Analyst, independence and complexity of issues appeals to you. You will have broad responsibility for versatile work with our databases. The ‘gold’ of our organization where there are still huge new opportunities around using this data for valuable insights and predictions! You will do this by, among other things:
- – Compile, analyze, interpret data sets. For your own colleagues, like for the marketing team. Or for our (scientific) partners, such as the Dutch Heart Foundation. For example using Power Bi reports or dashboards.
- – Improve automatic dashboards for our clients and partners. For example, improving complex algorithms based on medical guidelines and machine learning models that predict the biggest absenteeism or productivity factors. For this you will work closely with our developers and product owner.
- – From your knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for new techniques & developments (such as AI), to come up with proposals on how we can ‘exploit’ the data potential of &niped even more.
- – Naturally encourage all your colleagues to also work more and more data-driven, thus contributing to the further development of our organization.
What do we ask of you?
&niped is a scale-up in which we expect all colleagues to be independent, responsible and proactive. Specifically for this position we ask:
- – At least 3-5 years of experience as a Data analyst at an academic level of working and thinking.
- – Extensive experience with Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics and data modeling
- – Experience with Azure (or similar) data tooling
- – Strong analysis, reporting and communication skills
- – Strong skills in data science techniques and data management principles
- – Experience with health data is a plus
- – Fluent in English both verbally and in writing, Dutch is a plus. Resident in the Netherlands.
